Eid Mubarak to all Muslims in Japan

Nov 22, 2025 · H. Maqsood Ahmed

On behalf of all the Japanese Muslim Organizations and JapaneseMuslims.com web site, we would like to inform you that the moon for Shawal has been sighted and Inshallah, tomorrow, Eid-ul-fitr will be celebrated all over Japan.  Eid Mubarak to all our friends, brothers & sisters, and new converts.

Eid prayers will be held at all the major mosques of Japan and community halls in Japan.

. The feast of Eid-ul-fitr marks the end of Ramadan and the begining of Shawal, the month after Ramadan. Muslims throughout the world, abstain from drinking, eating, smoking and indulging in sexual intercourse from dawn to sunset during the month of Ramadan.  Fasting is considered one of the fie basic pillars of Islam.

Let`s be grateful to Allah for the chance and opportunity He bestowed on us during the month of fasting, to do good deeds, to enjoy all the blessings on us during this holy month, and, above all, to seek His forgiveness during the month.

Let us also pray for those who are suffering in whatever form, and pray to Allah that He may replace the sufferings of the people with comfort and joy.

May Allah (swt) accept all our worship during the sacred month of Ramada, give us toufeeq to continue performing the good deeds we started or did during this month.
